Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow...
Well the weather outside is pretty frightful I guess....if you’re a wuss!
I have bragging rights. Woke up at an exceptionally early 6:30 to drive Pacino to the train station. On the way to the train station, as I drove over the overpass that goes over the highway (which was backed up across the entire island for 10 km from one bridge to the other), I thought about the tenacity of Montrealers, and their will in the face of nature, resisting the urge to crawl back into bed, and instead dig out their cars from under a mountain of snow and brave the roads to go to work. Actually, the highway was full, but the smaller streets were deserted since the plows hadn’t passed yet....Of course it was great for me, cause I grabbed one of the smaller roads, put my foot on the pedal and plowed through 8 km of snow in my small Jetta with 4 season-tires (14 years driving and not one winter with snow tires, live dangerously I do!). Needless to say, I did not heed any traffic signs since A) there was no traffic at all & B) I ain’t stopping cause if I do I’ll be stuck!
I love this weather. The bitter cold of minus 20 degrees I could do without, but bring on the minus 5 with heaps of snow anyday. Bring out the mitts, the snowmobiles, the hot chocolate and the shovel for some camaraderie with your neighbors as you dig out eachothers cars, then come back from work in the evening to sit by a gorgeous fire. Come on, all you canucks out there...don’t bristle at my words, you know it’s true. We’re getting soft, we’re forgetting the old days and how tough we used to be and how tough we still oughta be! Motomaster lives here, dammit! Join me and say it...I AM CANADIAN...Bring out the caravan of snowplows and crews, (oh yeah, and the army to bail the T.Dot out, heehee....(couldn’t resist the urge to rile up my T.O. friends, you guys are such easy targets...). Oh yeah, go easy on the Molson and don’t drink and drive tonight...too many company Xmas parties tonight, so if you do drink, call Operation Nez-Rouge, and relax, it’s just a little powder...

Park ranger? WTF?
Anyway, I had an awesome time with you too. I also really dug your sis. Can't wait to come to Monty and hang out with y'all.
PS: I think Pacino may have been a Sherpa in a former life. There's something he's not telling us.
